The idea is simple:

It is built for people who price, source, structure, or evaluate biotech transactions: BD, corp dev, licensing, sell-side biotech banking/advisory, biotech investors, founders, and operators.
It is not a stock-picking note.
It is not a probability-of-approval product.
It is not general biotech news.
Each issue turns resolved biotech events, approvals, readouts, CHMP/FDA actions, deal announcements, IP events, SEC filings, into a weekly BD committee prep pack:
