Last week’s clean FDA clock resolved early. GSK / Spero’s tebipenem pivoxil was approved on June 17 as Utebzi for adults with complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis, who have limited or no alternative oral treatment options. That moves SPRO off the live board and into the win column.
ACHV is the unresolved overhang. Cytisinicline’s June 20 PDUFA has passed into weekend / Monday disclosure risk. As of writing, I have not seen a definitive approval or CRL announcement, but Achieve has already guided that it expects a CRL tied to third-party manufacturing / inspection issues and plans a Q4 2026 resubmission with Adare Pharma Solutions as commercial manufacturer.
The next live stack is now the June 29 / June 30 cluster: ARQT, LNTH, UNCY, and IONS. Then the July board follows with VERA, CELC, MNKD, OTLK, and VTRS.

SPRO / UTEBZI — APPROVED · Jun 17
FDA approved tebipenem pivoxil as Utebzi for adults with cUTI, including pyelonephritis, with limited or no alternative oral treatment options. This was the cleanest near-term clock on last week’s board, and it resolved before the June 18 action date.

ACHV / CYTISINICLINE — UNRESOLVED OVERHANG
Achieve had already guided that it expected a CRL by the June 20 PDUFA because of third-party manufacturing / inspection issues. As of writing, I have not seen a definitive weekend approval or CRL announcement. Treat this as manufacturing-driven delay risk until the final letter language prints.

UNCY / OLC — ADDED TO LIVE BOARD · Jun 29
Unicycive is now on the live late-June board. Oxylanthanum carbonate is a resubmitted NDA for hyperphosphatemia in CKD patients on dialysis. The prior CRL was tied to manufacturing deficiencies rather than preclinical, clinical, or safety concerns.

CORT / RELACORILANT — STILL EXCLUDED
The raw file still shows a July 11 relacorilant PDUFA, but that entry remains stale. FDA has already approved relacorilant with nab-paclitaxel for the relevant platinum-resistant ovarian cancer indication, so CORT is not included on the live board.

OTLK / LYTENAVA — ADDED TO OUTER JULY BOARD · Jul 29
Outlook’s resubmitted BLA for ONS-5010 / LYTENAVA has been accepted as a Class 1 review with a July 29 PDUFA target date. The raw file has conflicting Outlook entries, so use the July 29 Class 1 review date.

| Thu Jul 30 | Thu Jul 30 | VTRS | MR-100A-01 / low-dose-estrogen CHC weekly patch | 92.5% |
| ARQT $ARQT · ZORYVE® cream · psoriasis ages 2–5 | PDUFA: Mon Jun 29 PoA 95%+ |
A pediatric label-expansion setup around an already approved and commercialized dermatology franchise. ZORYVE cream is already approved for plaque psoriasis in older patients, and the current sNDA seeks to extend the label down to ages 2–5. This remains one of the cleanest late-June setups on the board.
| LNTH $LNTH · Ga 68 edotreotide · SSTR+ NET imaging | PDUFA: Mon Jun 29 PoA 92.5% |
Still a high-confidence diagnostic-imaging setup, but the review history matters. FDA extended the review by three months to June 29 to review manufacturing-related information. The company said the extension was not related to efficacy or safety data.
| UNCY $UNCY · oxylanthanum carbonate · CKD dialysis | PDUFA: Mon Jun 29 PoA 72% |
This is the most interesting small-cap addition to the live board. OLC is an oral phosphate binder designed to reduce pill burden in CKD dialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. The resubmission follows a prior CRL tied to manufacturing deficiencies.
The company has said FDA did not raise preclinical, clinical, or safety concerns in the original NDA review. That makes the setup narrower than a full clinical binary, but it does not make it clean. The decision likely turns on whether the CMC remediation package satisfies FDA.
| IONS $IONS · TRYNGOLZA® · severe HTG | PDUFA: Tue Jun 30 PoA 92.5% |
A high-confidence late-June label-expansion setup. TRYNGOLZA is already approved for familial chylomicronemia syndrome, and the current Priority Review is for severe hypertriglyceridemia. The key watch item is label language: triglyceride thresholds, pancreatitis-risk reduction language, and how broadly FDA lets Ionis position the sHTG expansion.
| VERA $VERA · atacicept · IgA nephropathy | PDUFA: Tue Jul 7 PoA 78% |
This is now a more defined accelerated-approval sequence: July 7 is the FDA decision, Q3 2026 is the ORIGIN 3 eGFR confirmatory analysis, and Q4 2026 is the potential sBLA for full approval if the eGFR data are supportive.
| CELC $CELC · gedatolisib · HR+ HER2- PIK3CA WT BC | PDUFA: Fri Jul 17 n/s |
Inside the July board. FDA granted Priority Review and accepted the NDA for HR+/HER2-/PIK3CA wild-type advanced breast cancer. The important distinction is still the filed indication; recent data noise around other subgroups may affect sentiment, but should not be treated as the core basis for the July 17 action date.
| MNKD / OTLK / VTRS outer-board watch | Jul 26 / Jul 29 / Jul 30 |
MNKD is more device / delivery execution than new-drug efficacy. OTLK is a high-risk resubmission / appeal-path setup after prior FDA scars. VTRS is a lower-volatility 505(b)(2) low-dose-estrogen combined hormonal contraceptive patch application.
SPRO resolved as the clean win. ACHV remains an expected manufacturing-reset story unless the final FDA / company language says otherwise.
The board now shifts to the late-June cluster. The main new small-cap volatility node is UNCY. The main high-confidence label-expansion node is IONS. The main July regulatory sequence remains VERA.
| ARQT / LNTH | → | UNCY | → | IONS |
| VERA | → | CELC | → | MNKD / OTLK / VTRS |
That is the queue.
